organizations</li><li data-section-id="brxg1t" data-start="4206" data-end="4268">Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience</li><li data-section-id="1nw5yrc" data-start="4269" data-end="4331">Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices</li><li data-section-id="1qkl3do" data-start="4332" data-end="4401">Excellent communication, coaching, and
